Applicable tax will be added to your order total. Final order amount including shipping will be communicated following receipt of your order.

Items in stock shipped within 1-2 business days with the exception of First Aide items which ship within 2-5 business days.

Shipping methods are by UPS and Fed-Ex.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

1. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

2. Please include a Return Authorization Number on all returns. Call Adventure and Sports to get your RA#. Returns cannot be processed without a valid RA#.

3. Write the RA# on outside of package.

4. Ship returns to the return address on the original shipping label. Enclose your order number and reason you are returning item. This helps to prevent further disappointments.

5. Return the product by U.S. mail or UPS.

6. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, credit will be processed against the credit card used for purchase. Please allow 30 days for processing your credit refund.

7. If you would like to exchange an item for something else, please indicate on the packaging slip with the returned product and we will replace your purchase per your specifications.
